Role: Sr. UX Designer (Data Visualization)

Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our Global Enterprise Design team at one of our large food manufacturing clients. As a key member of our team, you will lead the design of complex, large-scale projects that drive business impact. Your primary focus will be on optimizing and consolidating global dashboards into more wholistic products, serving both leaders and staff, and enabling them to effectively manage insights, decisions and next-steps related to critical areas of business. You will be responsible for conducting UX research, creating low to high-fidelity designs, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex, large-scale projects, such as consolidating global dashboards into wholistic products
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure design solutions meet their needs
- Conduct UX research to inform design decisions, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Conduct workshops and design iterations using Miro and Figma to facilitate collaboration and feedback
- Create low to high-fidelity designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
- Develop data visualization designs that effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
- Create high-quality presentations in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office 360 to communicate design solutions to stakeholders
- Contribute to design systems, standards, and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX design
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on complex, large-scale projects
- Advanced skills in Figma, including expertise in designing and prototyping complex digital products
- Experience with data visualization design and ability to communicate complex data insights effectively
- Excellent facilitation and workshop leadership skills, with experience using Miro
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to create high-quality presentations in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office 360
- Experience with UX research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Strong understanding of design systems, standards, and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex design challenges
Nice to Have
- Experience with omni-channel marketing, sales, and promotions
- Certification in UX design or human-centered design
