Job Description:
As a faculty member and researcher at Texas State University, I am seeking a skilled and creative data visualization designer to collaborate on an exciting project focusing on salary inequity in higher education. With a small seed funding from the university, a data visualization designer, and myself have been working on a series of data visualizations related to this topic to publish on the web. In Particular, I am seeking someone who can create data visualizations with survey outcomes representing collective voices. The potential examples and method we are exploring are listed here:
It is worth noting that the project was created with python and NLTK to parse the corpus, collecting the most frequent 150 words. While the method doesn’t have to be identical to the one described, the outcome from the survey should be similar. (design will be different from the specific example)

This is a contract/freelance position that will begin immediately and is expected to finish by August of 2024.
