This role requires high energy, self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As a UI Developer at TurnCare, you will work closely with Product Engineering and R&D teams to develop new customer-facing analytic products that will be used daily in hospitals around the country. You will be responsible for designing and implementing dashboards and reports that are the synthesis of data from multiple devices across healthcare networks. These reports enable hospital staff to provide top-notch care to their patients by providing actionable feedback about the patient’s stay in the hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to iterate on new customer-facing products and updates to existing products.
- Provide feedback and requests to the back-end team to streamline data necessary for the front-end.
- Test products prior to release to ensure functionality and compatibility for example in a variety of browsers and screen sizes.
- Self-manage projects from development to production.
- Design user-friendly, data-rich interfaces and interactions.
- Contribute to documentation for requirements, behavior, and testing.
- Collaborate with customer success team to debug, explain issues and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- BS in Software Engineering, Data Analysis, UI Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 or more years of experience in front-end or full-stack software development.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Experience developing consumer-facing interactive web interfaces.
- Experience deploying and testing web services.
- Strong front-end web skills (HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
- Excellence in promptly and clearly communicating all issues with both non-technical and technical Teams.
Other Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with AWS ecosystem; AWS Amplify, Lambda, Glue, Relational database queries, QuickSight and more, Including deployment and configuration.
- Experience in / understanding of Medical data access and security requirements, SOC, HiTrust (HIPPA) and similar.
- Experience with React.
- UI Design, wireframing.
- Data visualization/design.
- Performance tuning.
