Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Analytics professional with both managerial experience and a willingness to be hands-on with data visualization. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in business analytics, proficiency in creating impactful visualizations, and a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team. This role involves leading projects, collaborating with technical teams, and interacting with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery. The candidate will balance strategic oversight with hands-on creation and implementation of visualizations.

Responsibilities:

Analyze data sets to identify key insights and trends.Create data visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI.Ensure visualizations are clear, concise, and effectively communicate insights.Collaborate with technical teams to develop innovative solutions.Gather requirements and understand user needs from stakeholders.Lead projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards adherence.Present findings and insights to stakeholders.Develop wireframes and prototypes for dashboards.Create diverse dashboard templates tailored to different data visualization needs.Incorporate UX/UI and human-centered design principles into visualizations.Provide hands-on creation and implementation of data visualizations.Mentor junior team members in delivering solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Visualization, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, and data visualization.Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.Strong understanding of data visualization principles and data storytelling.Proven experience in leading projects and delivering successful outcomes.Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.Strong collaboration skills with experience in requirement gathering.Ability to create clear and impactful data visualizations.Proficiency in prototyping design tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch.Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and human-centered design.Strong problem-solving skills and innovative solution development.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually appealing data visualizations.
