The Senior Analyst is an authority on data within our Network Services team. You partner with other analysts to help grow them into strong analysts and you also spend time in the data finding issues and solving them creatively.

What You’ll Do:

You deliver data-informed insights and propose business solutions. You’ll work closely with partners across the Network Services team and in other business units to stay high level and come up with unique solutions. You’ll also develop and mentor new analysts.

  • Use world class best practices to ensure that our clients both internal and external get the best data, visualization, and communications so that they can make informed decisions in a moment’s notice
  • Develop an inquisitive relationship with our proprietary and unique data set. Bring insights to the table no one else realized they needed.
  • Mentor and teach Data Analysts
  • Partner with other leaders in Network Services and User Network, using your understanding of the business context to craft analytics accordingly
  • Work with your manager to determine new processes that can help the team thrive doing their work.

About You:

We’re seeking a team member who is self-motivated and team focused.  You thrive in a fast pace environment and are eager to help out.  You are skilled and proficient in analytics and communications such that you make time to mentor and guide newer team members while still uncovering areas of improvement and solutions that people didn’t realize existed.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
  • Highly proficient in Tableau and visualization techniques
  • Advanced skills with data visualization and data mining
  • Excellent communication, data visualization and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
  • High business acumen; workforce management experience a plus
