projectBI is looking for a client success manager to join the team.

The client success manager will be the main point of contact between our clients and the team, and will be ultimately responsible for keeping our clients happy.

*We are looking for someone who is based in US or European time zones. Since the majority of our clients are based in the US, UK and Europe, we want someone who can be available during US business hours.

projectBI is an eCommerce analytics agency which specializes in helping D2C businesses become data-driven. We do this from the ground-up, while our clients focus on doing what they know best, providing value to their customers.

About You
You’re a skilled Project Manager with client-facing experience. We are looking for 2+ years of hands-on experience in the management of projects between numerous stake holders. You’re organized, thorough, and work well in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is an ex-head of data / senior business analyst.

You’re an excellent communicator. We’re a 100% remote team, and writing is our primary means of communication at projectBI. You are able to communicate in English with an extremely high level of written and oral skills (must).

You’re solid at time management. You’ll juggle a variety of fast-moving projects, and as a part of a distributed team, you are trusted to work with minimal supervision.

You’re a cross-functional team player. You have strong organizational skills with a team-centric mindset and the ability to execute. You’re able to quickly and effectively collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.

You’re technical. You’re able to quickly grasp new tools, and feel comfortable engaging in technical discussions.

You’re data-driven. You are comfortable working with data and enjoy reading and analyzing reports. Experience with SQL & Tableau would be a huge bonus.

You have a growth mindset. You enjoy new challenges, and demand a working environment where you get to learn new skills.

Things you’ll do
*Simultaneously manage multiple client relationships.
*Manage numerous projects as part of a cross-functioning team.
*Analyze reports and present your findings in a clear and organized way to clients.
*Proactively identify opportunities where we can deliver even greater value for our clients.
*Help shape and optimize internal processes and solution roadmaps.
*This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday).

*Unlimited vacation policy. Plus we require you to take at least 2 weeks off each year.
*Our internal tools stack includes: Asana, Slack, GSuite, Calendly, and Slite.

Compensation
$3,500 – $6,000 USD per month.
