The Director of Value Stream Business Intelligence is responsible for leading and managing teams that develop and enhance Business intelligence and reporting across card and bank products that enable credit, marketing analytics and marketing. The role will lead development and maintenance of credit BI, rewards BI and special card programs BI. In addition, the role will also manage student loans credit business intelligence. The role will provide thought leadership in developing process controls, origination and portfolio profitability measurement and act as leader in driving data visualization using Tableau. The Director leads and guides development of underlying data structures to enable business intelligence across digital data, credit data, marketing and financial data. The incumbent identifies business intelligence automation opportunities and leads the team to execute on them to support the business.
