Incandescent is a small management consulting firm in NYC that partners with leaders and teams looking to achieve the next level of impact, scale, or performance in their work. We’ve been developing some thinking about what comprises effective management, in order to make “management” more teachable to a range of people. We’d like some help visually representing our ideas, which we’ll use as part of a workshop with a client in early March. We are very open minded about how to depict these ideas and are excited to work with somebody who is ready to be an iterative thought partner to us about how to bring complex concepts to life.

Broadly, we believe this project would be a good fit for a designer who’s a conceptual thinker and is skilled at creatively depicting nuanced or complex ideas, especially for a work or business context, and who has the capacity to take on a project with a short turnaround (since there are only a few working days left in February!)

Throughout 2022, we are looking to visually represent a number of our ideas (not only in management), to more compellingly and helpfully visualize them for the companies, startups, and nonprofit leaders with whom we work. This is a great first project to get to know us, and for us to get to know you!
