Project Overview:

We are looking for an experienced data visualization specialist to guide the development of visual and interactive clinical guidelines that incorporate clinical evidence from systematic reviews.

The American College of Physicians develops clinical guidelines to provide clinicians with recommendations based on the best available evidence to help them deliver the best health care possible. The contractor will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop a topic flexible template for a clear, succinct, and visually appealing interface to communicate the clinical guideline recommendations and associated evidence. They will communicate with and receive feedback from web developers, clinicians, statisticians, and others to execute the desired tasks.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., data visualization, epidemiology, data analytics, information sciences).

 

Skills

· Significant ability to present complex data and information in a clear and visually appealing manner.

· Proficiency in data visualization software (e.g., Tableau). Possess high standards in work quality.

· General understanding of graphic design

· General understanding of health science fields (e.g., epidemiology)

· Ability to actively listen to and incorporate feedback.

· Clear and effective communication.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
