Accelerated Improvement & Inquiry Managers (AIIM) provide coaching to school leaders, teacher leaders, and teacher teams in a cohort of schools within a region of schools. They partner with School Superintendents and Regional Support Liaisons to ensure that all BPS schools effectively engage in data inquiry practices. AIIMs are pivotal to the development of high-functioning teams by examining and adjusting instruction to understand how teaching impacts student learning.
